VAIRAGYA SLOKAS in English and Hindi

THE SEVEN VAIRAGYA SLOKAS:

A guard, as usual, he would go around shouting ``Jagrathai'' in the middle of the day, beating his tambourine. One day he had to go to another town urgently so his son had to do his work. His son was a learned scholar in his previous birth. Therefore, there was primordial birth-sense knowledge. At night, he beat his tambourine and chanted 'Jagrata' and did his father's work.

The next day the king himself stood at the door of the guard's house. He came to see that boy. "Oh, the king has come, what big mistake has my son made, will he give some punishment and execute it here?" The guard trembled. But the king came to honor the boy with a gift. But why? On the first night, the boy did not go around shouting "Jagratha, Jagratha'' just like his father. A few words in slokam enchanted the king. Let's see those righteous sentences. Shouldn't you be careful?
